考虑用户偏好的物流平台区块链增值服务投资和定价策略

区块链增值服务已成为提高物流平台自身服务水平的重要手段,本文考虑到平台双边用户对区块链增值服务质量和价格具有不同显著性偏好,将其车主与货主划分为区块链增值服务质量敏感和价格敏感两种类型,分别探讨车主与货主存在不同类型显著性偏好情形下物流平台区块链增值服务投资与定价策略.研究表明,在货主和车主非对称敏感情形时,物流平台对货主区块链增值服务价格敏感,车主区块链增值服务质量敏感情形下的定价和利润更高,在货主区块链增值服务质量敏感,车主区块链增值服务价格敏感情形下的区块链增值服务投资量更高.当货主和车主都是对称敏感情形时,物流平台对双边用户都是区块链增值服务质量敏感情形下的定价和区块链增值服务投资量会更高,在双边用户都是区块链增值服务价格敏感情形下的利润更高.
Logistics Platform Blockchain Value-added Service Investment and Pricing Strategies Considering User Preferences
Blockchain value-added services have become an important means to improve the digital trans-formation of logistics platforms.Considering that bilateral users of the platform have different significant preferences for blockchain value-added service quality and price,they are divided into two types:block-chain value-added service quality sensitive and price sensitive.This paper studies the investment and pri-cing strategy of logistics platform blockchain value-added services under different types of significant preferences between car owners and cargo owners.Studies show that when bilateral users are asymmetri-cal sensitive,the logistics platform is sensitive to the price of the cargo owners'blockchain value-added service,the car owners'blockchain value-added service quality is sensitive to the situation of higher pri-cing and profit,and the cargo owners'blockchain value-added service quality is sensitive to the situation that the car owners'blockchain value-added service price is sensitive to the situation of higher invest-ment amount of blockchain value-added service quality.When bilateral users are symmetric sensitive,the logistics platform will have higher pricing and investment in blockchain value-added service quality if both bilateral users are sensitive to blockchain value-added service quality,and higher profits if both bi-lateral users are sensitive to blockchain value-added service price.
