摘要
近年来网络性侵未成年人案件频发,目前存在办案机关调查取证难、被害人维权难与被害人获得赔偿难等问题,给未成年人综合司法保护工作带来挑战.我们应坚持"依法从严惩治性侵未成年人犯罪"司法政策,以未成年人司法保护为中心,不断强化网络平台主体责任,延伸检察机关检察职能,发挥检察机关在法治宣传教育、打击网络性侵等方面的职能,以司法保护助推"五大保护",增强未成年保护工作合力.
Abstract
In recent years,cases of sexual abuse of minors on the Internet have occurred frequently,and there are currently problems such as the difficulty of investigating and obtaining evidence by the authori-ties handling the cases,the difficulty of defending the rights of the victims,and the difficulty of obtaining compensation for the victims,which have brought challenges to the comprehensive judicial protection of mi-nors.We should adhere to the"strict punishment of sexual abuse of minors in accordance with the law"judicial policy,center on the judicial protection of minors,and constantly strengthen the main responsibili-ty of the network platform,extend the prosecutorial function of the procuratorate,play the role of the proc-uratorate in the rule of law publicity and education,combating network sexual abuse,etc.,to promote the judicial protection of the"five major protections"to enhance the synergy of the work of protecting minors.
