论民事虚假诉讼的检察监督

摘要
民事诉讼是维护公平正义、保护合法权益的法律途径.虚假诉讼是一种不诚实的行为,危害司法公正并侵害他人权益.对民事虚假诉讼进行检察监督,具有维护司法正义和法律秩序的重要意义.在探讨民事虚假诉讼的概念及其特点的基础上,总结民事虚假诉讼检察监督的主要问题,提出相应的解决策略,为加强民事虚假诉讼的检察监督、改进司法实践、提高司法公信力提供有益的思考和建议.
Abstract
Civil litigation is a legal way to safeguard justice and protect legitimate rights.Fraud litigation is a kind of dishonest behavior that endangers judicial justice and infringes the rights and interests of oth-ers.Procuratorial supervision over civil fraud litigation is of great significance to maintain judicial justice and legal order.On the basis of discussing the concept and characteristics of civil fraud litigation,the main problems of procuratorial supervision are summarized,and the corresponding solution strategies are put forward,so as to provide useful suggestions for strengthening the procuratorial supervision of civil fraud litigation and improving judicial practice and credibility.
