聚焦于司法领域中的认知偏差问题,基于目前的认知偏差理论,文章深入分析了其成因和影响;基于目前认知心理学领域的实证研究结果,文章提出了相应的应对策略;以法官个人认知和司法制度两个维度为视角,文章提出改善法官认知能力和优化信息供给的主要应对策略.
Abstract
Focused on the issue of cognitive biases in the judicial field,this article delves into the causes and impacts of these biases,building upon current theories of cognitive bias.Based on empirical research results in the field of cognitive psychology,the article also proposes corresponding response strate-gies.From the perspectives of individual judge cognition and the judicial system,the article suggests ma-jor strategies such as improving judges'cognitive abilities and optimizing information supply.
