以劳动改造为主要特色的中国教育改造范式,在中国监狱教育改造罪犯中取得巨大成就.中国教育改造范式具有独特的自我完善意识和自觉,在新时代国家治权与社会法治目标下,需要重新审视监狱罪犯教育改造的方向和目标,坚持其中国文化的底蕴和价值观,坚持中国道路,以引导罪犯顺利复归在社会终极目标,将罪犯改造成为适格的"社会人".
Abstract
The paradigm of education reform in China,with labor reform as its main feature,has achieved great success in the education and reform of prisoners in Chinese prisons.The paradigm of edu-cation reform in China has a unique sense of self-improvement and self-awareness.Under the goals of na-tional governance and social rule of law in the new era,it is necessary to re-examine the direction and goals of prison criminal education reform,adhere to its Chinese cultural heritage and values,adhere to the Chinese path,and guide criminals to smoothly return to the ultimate goal of society,transforming them into qualified"social people".
