The more society advances and develops,the higher the requirements for higher education.Nowadays,traditional teaching model can no longer adapt to the society's demand for talents.In order to meet the society's demand for high-quality talents,there is an urgent need for innovative talent training models in higher education.The cultivation community is a diversified and open education system,as well as a scientific talent training model.It emphasizes cooperation among schools,industries,society to pro-vide students with a broader development platform.In this context,the integration of"teaching,learning,training,and practice"has received widespread attention as a talent training model that focuses on prac-tice and innovation.Therefore,this article analyzed the integration of"teaching,learning,training,and practice"in the context of the cultivation community of judicial police colleges and universities,and pro-posed perfect countermeasures,which can provide reference and guidance for the talent training of judicial police colleges and universities.
