摘要
警察防卫与控制,是警察类院校警体课训练的重要内容.自由式摔跤有其独特的技战术,在战术运用方面和警察防卫与控制高度契合,将其融入防卫与控制训练中可以有效弥补警务实战的不足.警察类院校可尝试以自由式摔跤为切入点,结合警体课教学训练实际,注重加强师资力量建设,注重任务需求和技术融入,注重创新训练手段优化,促使学生形成良好的技术动作意识,更好地掌握徒手防卫与控制技能.
Abstract
Police defense and control is an important content of police physical training in police colleges and universities.With its own unique skills and tactics,freestyle wrestling is highly compatible with po-lice defense and control in terms of tactical use,which can effectively make up for the shortcomings of police tactics.Police colleges and universities can try to take freestyle wrestling as the entry point,com-bine the actual teaching and training of police physical courses,pay attention to strengthening the con-struction of teachers,focus on task requirements and technical integration,and optimize innovative training methods,so as to promote students to form a good sense of technical movements and better master un-armed defense and control skills.
