Research on the Ideological and Political Education Awareness and Capability of Law Teachers
The promotion of ideological and political education in law courses by law teachers can help the implementation of Xi Jinping's legal thought,serve the overall strategic needs of legal education,and enhance the educational effectiveness of law courses.However,empirical research has found that there is still a gap in achieving full coverage of ideological and political education in law courses.This gap is closely related to the insufficient understanding,lack of awareness and insufficient capability of ideological and political education by law teachers.The deficiency in awareness and capability for ideological and po-litical education among law teachers is the result of multiple factors,including inherent challenges in inte-grating ideological and political education into law courses,the distinction between implicit ideological edu-cation and explicit professional education,and the lack of supportive measures.In order to enhance law teachers'awareness and capability of ideological and political education,it is necessary to change ideas,establish model teams,improve training mechanisms,and enhance supportive measures.
