摘要
检察听证在促进司法公开,保障司法公正,提升司法公信,化解社会矛盾等方面具有重要意义.但是,从实践来看,检察听证工作中存在听证积极性不高、听证能力不强、听证员作用发挥不到位、听证实质效果不理想等现实问题.应以问题为导向,更新理念,补齐短板,从锤炼提升检察官听证能力、提高检察听证案件质量、提升听证员参与的实质效果、提高检察听证影响力等方面发力,以实现检察听证的高质量发展.
Abstract
Procuratorial hearing is of great significance in promoting judicial openness,ensuring judicial justice,enhancing judicial public trust,and resolving social contradictions.However,from the perspective of practice,there are some practical problems in the procuratorial hearing work,such as low hearing en-thusiasm,hearing ability is not strong,the role of hearing members is not fully played,and the substan-tive effect of hearing is not ideal.With the problem as the guidance,we should update the concept,make up the short board,improve the hearing ability of prosecutors,improve the quality of procuratorial hearing cases,enhance the substantive effect of the participation of hearing officers,and improve the influ-ence of procuratorial hearing,so as to realize the high-quality development of procuratorial hearing.
