摘要
社会治安治理水平的高低直接关乎人民安居乐业、社会和谐有序、国家安全稳定.风险社会中经济风险、政治风险、生态风险、技术风险产生的副产品中包含了大量的危害社会治安的因素,给社会治安提出了新的挑战.为有效提升风险社会下的社会治安治理效能,从组织重构、价值重塑、模式重审、能力重组四个方面入手,促使社会治安治理向韧性治理模式转型升级,已成为当前社会治安治理的新向度.
Abstract
The level of social security governance is directly related to people's well-being,social harmo-ny and order,and national security and stability.In a risky society,economic risks,political risks,ecologi-cal risks,and technological risks generate a large number of factors that endanger social security as by-products,posing new challenges to social security.To effectively improve the efficiency of social security governance in a risky society,it is necessary to promote the transformation and upgrading of social securi-ty governance to a resilient governance model from four aspects:organizational restructuring,valueremodel-ing,mode reexamination,and capability reorganization.This has become a new direction for current social security governance.
