基于产教融合的"六融六共"数字技术应用人才培养模式的探索

摘要
在数字化时代,数字技术的重要性不言而喻.如何在产教融合大背景下,加强与行业企业的交流合作并提高数字技术应用人才的质量是当下高职院校亟需破解的难题.考虑学生成长规律,结合行业发展及岗位需求,与企业合作探索协同育人机制,创新提出了"六融六融"数字技术应用人才培养模式并付诸实践,对数字技术应用人才的培养具有一定的借鉴意义.
Abstract
In the digital age,the importance of digital technology is self-evident.How to strengthen the communication and cooperation with industry enterprises and improve the quality of digital technology ap-plication talents under the background of the integration of industry and education is a difficult problem to be solved in higher vocational colleges.Considering the growth rules of students,combining the develop-ment of the industry and the job demand,exploring the cooperative education mechanism in cooperation with enterprises,the"six integration and six commons"digital technology application talent training mode is proposed and put into practice,which has certain reference significance for the cultivation of digital technology application talents.
