摘要
继农业经济、工业经济之后,数字经济已成为目前的主要经济形态,人类的生产方式和生活方式因数字经济的发展发生了巨大变化,数字经济已成为改变竞争格局的关键力量.为把握数字化发展新机遇,有效分析安徽省各地市数字经济发展水平,在参考现有研究成果的基础上,本文按照数字经济定义,选取具有代表性的指标,使用熵权TOPSIS法,构建了数字经济发展水平评价模型,用于量化各地市数字经济发展水平,为后续相关研究提供数据依据.
Abstract
After agricultural economy and industrial economy,digital economy has become the main eco-nomic form at present which has directly changed the mode of production and way of life,and digital economy has become a key force to change the competitive pattern.To grasp the new opportunities of dig-ital development and effectively analyze of digital economy development level,on the basis of the existing research results,this paper,according to the digital economy definition,selects representative indicators,using the method of Entropy weight TOPSIS,builds the digital economy development level evaluation mod-el to quantify the city digital economy development level,and provides data basis for the subsequent re-search.
