摘要
推进涉外法治是全面依法治国的必然要求,培养高质量的涉外法治人才方能为涉外法治建设提供坚实的人才保障.法治思维培育作为涉外法治人才培养工作中的基础任务,为更好地开展法治思维教育,应分别从高校、家庭、社会三个方面着手,引导学生树立正确的法治观念,提高其法律素养,帮助其掌握运用法治视角、法律原则和法律程序分析和解决涉外事务的能力,以缓解当前中国涉外法治人才不足的现状,为涉外法治工作的开展提供有力支持.
Abstract
Promoting the rule of law with respect to foreign countries is an inevitable requirement of the rule of law in all aspects of the country.The cultivation of a high-quality foreign-related rule of law tal-ents can offer a strong guarantee for the construction of the rule of law with respect to foreign countries.A fundamental task in the cultivation of foreign-related rule of law talents is to start from the three as-pects of colleges,universities,families,and society.This will help students establish accurate conceptions of the rule of law,enhance their legal literacy,and help them master the ability to analyze and resolve for-eign-related affairs through applying the rule of law perspective,legal principles,and legal procedures to mitigate the existing deficit of foreign-related rule of law talents and provide strong support for the devel-opment of foreign-related rule of law work.
