摘要
依法治校是建立现代大学制度,提升高校治理体系与治理能力现代化建设的必然要求,是推进高校治理制度化、法治化、规范化的重要路径.依法治校示范校的创建,是贯彻落实依法治校的务实行动.一要强化组织领导,形成创建合力;二要完善制度体系,夯实创建根基;三要坚持科学决策,健全防控体系;四要深化宣传教育,营造浓厚氛围.
Abstract
Governing universitiesby law is the inevitable requirement of establishing modern university sys-tem,improving the modernization of university governance system and governance ability,and is an impor-tant path to promote the institutionalization,legalization and standardization of university governance.The establishment of the model school governing by law is a practical action to implement the school govern-ing by law,and its construction path should focus on the aspects of strengthening the organization and leadership to form a joint force,improving the system to consolidate the foundation,adhering to scientific decision-making to improve the prevention and control system,and deepening publicity and education to create a strong atmosphere.
