摘要
监狱改造是在政治改造统领下,实行监管改造、教育改造、文化改造、劳动改造的集合过程.在这个集合过程中,监狱改造工作必须遵循一定的逻辑顺序,以确保改造目标的顺利实现.监狱改造的逻辑链是指在监狱教育改造、狱政管理、刑罚执行等方面,遵循以罪犯为改造主体,实现监狱最美的使命——将罪犯改造成为合法公民.
Abstract
Prison rehabilitation is a collective process of supervision rehabilitation,educational rehabilita-tion,cultural rehabilitation,and labor rehabilitation under the leadership of political rehabilitation.In this process,the rehabilitation work must follow a certain logical sequence to ensure the smooth realization ofthe rehabilitation goals.The logical chain of prison rehabilitation refers to taking criminals as the main body in terms of prison education rehabilitation,prison administration management,and punishment execu-tion,so as to realize the most beautiful mission of the prison——to transform criminals into legal citizens.
