摘要
基于推动培养刑事执行专业群人才的岗位能力和综合实战能力,文章通过文献分析、专家论证,分析与归纳等方法,设计出适合当前刑事执行专业群实训教学需要的虚实融合、线上线下、理论实践相结合的"虚拟仿真+"刑事执行专业群一站式实训体系.通过科学顶层设计"岗课思证赛研"一站式实训体系、搭建"一个中心、5个实训平台"一站式实训管理平台、开发基于工作流程的培养职业能力的训练模块、探索系统的评价机制和保障机制等,探索一种资源生态共建共享、模块设计科学体系、考评机制动态合理的适宜当前刑事执行专业群的虚拟仿真一站式实训体系.
Abstract
Based on promoting the cultivation of job skills and comprehensive practical abilities in the criminal execution professional group,this article designs a "virtual simulation+" one-stop criminal execu-tion professional group training system that integrates virtual and real,online and offline,and combines the-ory and practice,suitable for the current practical training needs of the criminal execution professional group through literature analysis,expert argumentation,analysis and induction.By scientifically designing a one-stop training system for "on-the-job course ideological and certification competition research",building a "one center,five training platforms" one-stop training management platform,developing training modules for cultivating professional abilities based on workflow,exploring evaluation and guarantee mechanisms of the system,and exploring a resource ecology co-construction and sharing,a module design scientific sys-tem,a dynamic and reasonable evaluation mechanism suitable for the current criminal execution profession-al group's virtual simulation one-stop training system.
