高职院校跨境电商应用型人才培养研究
Research on the Cultivation of Cross-border E-commerce Application-oriented Talents in Higher Vocational Colleges

摘要
基于外贸企业跨境电商的人才需求,从高职院校人才培养适应市场需求的角度,探究高职院校跨境电商应用型人才培养过程中存在的问题,主要人才培养方案与市场需求脱节、实践实训有短板、师资力量有缺口.为此,提出:一是创新人才培养方式、二是"赛""证""训""创"多维创设实践环境、三是培养"工匠型"教师、四是强化校企合作,促进高职院校跨境电商应用型人才培养,赋能行业产业高质量发展.
Abstract
Based on the talent demand of cross-border e-commerce of foreign trade enterprises,from the perspective of talent training in higher vocational colleges to meet the market demand,this paper explores the problems existing in the training process of cross-border e-commerce application-oriented talents in higher vocational colleges.To this end,it is proposed that:first,to innovate talent training methods;sec-ond,to create a multi-dimensional practice environment for "competition","certificate","training" and "cre-ation";third,to cultivate "craftsman" teachers,and fourth,to strengthen school-enterprise cooperation,pro-mote the cultivation of cross-border e-commerce application-oriented talents in higher vocational colleges,and empower the high-quality development of the industry.
