摘要
社区工作相关课程的设计较少关注社区法务工作者技能训练.为了符合新时代育人育才的新要求,聚焦基层法制建设的人才培养,《社区管理与服务综合实训》课程思政实施路径以一体化"五维教学法"为依托,营造高效的课堂氛围;以教师思政意识树立,自觉将思政育人融入教学设计中;以全员育人微生态的打造,贯彻立德树人的根本任务.
Abstract
The design of community work related courses pays less attention to the skills training of com-munity legal workers.In order to meet the new requirements of educating people and talents in the new era,and focus on the cultivation of talents in grassroots legal construction,the ideological and political im-plementation path of The Comprehensive Practical Training of Community Management and Service is based on the integrated "five-dimensional teaching method" to create an efficient classroom atmosphere to establish the ideological and political consciousness of teachers;consciously integrate the ideological and political education into the teaching design;and with the creation of the micro-ecology of full staff educa-tion,the fundamental task of cultivating people is implemented.
