摘要
大学生心理危机的预防和干预,在保障大学阶段的学生心理健康中体现着非常重要的作用.首先,能够有效地减少大学生心理危机事件的发生;其次,能够为学校管理提供更好的帮助,并且能够更全面地提高学生综合素养,培养学生积极向上的人格,为学生投身于社会服务打下基础.基于此,研究将从分析大学生心理发展现状入手,深入探讨大学生心理危机干预预防策略,并探索健全校园心理健康服务体系方法及策略,全面促进大学生心理健康发展.
Abstract
The prevention and intervention of psychological crisis among college students play a very im-portant role in ensuring the mental health of students in the university stage.First of all,it can effectively reduce the occurrence of psychological crisis events among college students;secondly,it can provide better help for school management,and comprehensively improve students'comprehensive literacy,cultivate stu-dents'positive personality,and lay a foundation for students to devote themselves to social service.Based on this,the research will start with the analysis of the current situation of the psychological development of college students,deeply explore the prevention and intervention strategies of psychological crisis among college students,and explore the methods and strategies to improve the campus mental health service sys-tem,so as to comprehensively promote the mental health development of college students.
