Research on the Integration of Excellent Chinese Traditional Culture into Contemporary Public Law
The integration of excellent Chinesetraditional culture into contemporary public law is an impor-tant way to build an independent public legal system in China,andit is of great significance to explore the public legislative resources that can be used for reference in excellent Chinese traditional culture . The excellent Chinese traditional culture contains the driving force of legislation such as national spirit,so the principle of public order and good morals in the the Civil Code of China is the respect and inheritance of the excellent Chinesetraditional culture. The traditional concept of harmony can directly become the val-ue goal of contemporary public legislation. The benevolence of traditional culture can become the spiritual driving mechanism of contemporary public law. The real meaning of traditional culture can be integrated into the cultivation of norms,judicial mechanisms,and citizens'awareness of legal compliance in contem-porary public ethics legislation. The five values of Confucianism can provide us with a traditional cultural resource to address the difficulty of implementingcore socialist values.
