Facing the superposition and integration of the two major trends of digitalization and financial-ization,the current reform of the local financial regulatory system urgently needs to make adaptive adjust-ments. At present,it is mainly faced withthe lack of legal guarantees,imperfect regulatory coordination mechanisms,backward regulatory technology in the allocation of financial regulatory powers,and it is ur-gent to strengthen the construction of the rule of law in the allocation of financial regulatory powers be-tween the central and local governments,establish and improve the coordination mechanism of local finan-cial supervision,and promote the development and application of regulatory technology,in order to gradu-ally optimize and improve China's financial regulatory system and better serve the stability and develop-ment of the financial market.
