After the reform of supervision and inspection,the problem of the decline in the quality of handling cases of duty crimes needs to be solved urgently. The lack of effective operation of the restric-tion mechanism between the supervisory and procuratorial organs is an important reason for the decline in the quality of handling cases of duty crimes. At the same time,the effective development of the supervi-sion and inspection control mechanism requires the optimization of the ontology system,and the improve-ment of the evidence system and the advance intervention system. To this end,we should strengthen the construction of the work team of supervisory organs,improve the supervision evidence system,optimize the early intervention system,optimize the supervision and inspection restriction mechanism,and ultimate-ly achieve the purpose of improving the quality of handling cases of duty crimes.
