Macro Consideration for the Revision of the Prison Law
China's Prison Law was promulgated and implemented in 1994. In the past 30 years,signifi-cant changes have occurred in all aspects of society,and the Prison Law needs to keep pace with the times. Nowadays,China is carrying out the construction of rule of law for the country,the government and the society,and the revision of the Prison Law is the general trend of the times. The revision of the Prison Law can be studied from a macro perspective,including the macroontological considerations,mac-robackground considerations and macrotechnical considerations that the current Prison Law is difficult to adapt to the social situation.
