Under the background of the new era,"three-whole education" has become an important con-cept of higher education,which emphasizes that through full participation,whole process management,and all-round coverage to jointly train the builders and successors of the socialist cause,ideological and political courses bear the important responsibility to achieve this goal. Colleges and universities should fur-ther innovate the practical teaching mode,build a perfect evaluation system,and strengthen the training of teachers and students' practical teaching consciousness,so as to fully implement the concept of "three-whole education" and improve the teaching quality and education effect of ideological and political courses .
