The construction of new liberal arts has put forward new requirements for the cultivation of lib-eral arts talents in colleges and universities,which requires both knowledge production and moral educa-tion. In the context of the rapid development of cross-border e-commerce industry,taking the internation-al economics and trade major (cross-border e-commerce direction) as an example,combined with the new liberal arts background of the talent demand of international trade majors,from the "post","class","competition","certificate" mutual integration and other aspects to discuss the talent cultivation mode of the international economics and trade majors.
