Procuratorial Integration Empowers the Protection of Minor Victims
In recent years,the problem that minors suffer from criminal violations have become a hot is-sue of social concern.Since 2021,procuratorial organs have promoted the centralized and unified handling of juvenile procuratorial affairs,deepen the integration and performance of their duties,and strengthen the comprehensive judicial protection of minors.Based on the juvenile prosecution cases handled and the protection of juvenile victims,this article puts forward targeted opinions and suggestions on the social gov-ernance and integration performance,such as making full use of the litigation status of the procuratorial organs,establishing and improving regular notification and consultation mechanisms,and integrating the protection resources of society,Internet,family,schools,and government to form a joint protection force;actively participate in social governance and pay attention to the sanctions of high-quality procuratorial recommendations;continuously strengthen external exploration such as public interest litigation,and broad-en the sources of clues and investigation methods of public interest litigation;build a digital legal supervi-sion system and effectively strengthen pre-supervision;Meanwhile,strengthen the protection of the privacy rights of minor victims in the process of integration and performance of duties,establish a unified and perfect mechanism for the transmission,management and inquiry of minor victims'information,and con-tinuously promote the"six major protections"to go deeper and more practical.
