Risk Identification and Compliance Prevention of Collusive Bidding Crime in Construction Projects
The illegal and criminal acts of collusive bidding for construction projects are frequently prohib-ited due to their significant impact,complex processes,and high profits.Based on the main body,the constituent elements of the crime,and pre-administrative law,it is evident that preventing collusive bid-ding in construction projects faces practical problems such as an imperfect system,inadequate internal su-pervision,and insufficient external supervision.Therefore,we should improve the bidding system and mechanism of construction projects,enhance the internal supervision system within enterprises,and strengthen external supervision to effectively prevent the recurrence of illegal and criminal collusive bid-ding activities.
