As an innovative practice of social governance,grid management of rural communities is an important part of the strategy for rural revitalization.However,in the specific practices,the grid manage-ment of rural communities still faces some dilemmas.Therefore,efforts need to be made to enhance the management functions of rural grid,strengthen the role of rural autonomous forces,improve the construc-tion of grid management teams,and perfect the grid fund management system,so as to fundamentally im-prove the level of rural community governance.
