Study on Seismic Performance of High-ductility Concrete Reinforced Masonry Structure with Finite Element Simulation
Through the off-plane low-cycle reciprocating load test of high-ductility concrete reinforcement and ordinary mortar-reinforced masonry specimens, it is found that the high-ductility concrete reinforcement form can significantly improve the out-of-plane bending bearing capacity and deformation capacity of brick wall. Using the overall model of ABAQUS limited software, the seismic performance of the high-ductility concrete surface reinforcement specimen was numerically analyzed by selecting appropriate parameters, and was compared with the test results. Based on this finite element model, the seismic performance of specimens with high-ductility concrete reinforcement layers of different thicknesses is analyzed. The results show that: analysis results of the finite element model established in this paper are similar to the experiments. With the thickening of the high-ductility concrete reinforcement layer of the brick wall, the bearing capacity and stiffness outside the plane of the wall increase, and the energy dissipation performance is also improved.
