Public Perception Research on Memory Factor Utilization in Hefei Urban Historical Parks Based on Online Data
Studying the public perception of memory factors of urban historical parks can help explore the optimization direction of parks and enhance the cultural identity and community belonging of citizens. From the public perspective, taking 7 urban historical parks in Hefei as examples and using their online comment data, the three functions of word frequency analysis, emotion analysis, and social network and semantic analysis of ROST CM6 software were used to study the three aspects of public concern, usage and public emotion perception. The perception characteristics and utilization patterns of public memory factors in 7 parks were summarized, and renewal strategies were proposed from three aspects: historical park optimization path, overall planning of urban historical park protection and public perception and feedback.
