Optimization of Assembly Construction Rescheduling Based on BIM-Genetic Algorithm
To study the assembly construction scheduling problem, an assembly construction scheduling framework with BIM-genetic algorithm was established, and the basic activity decomposition of construction components was carried out to calculate the process time of assembly components. Hence, the assembly construction rescheduling optimization process was proposed. The scheduling optimization effect of the proposed framework process in the construction team was verified, and the results showed that based on the initial scheduling plan, the operation time of the traditional right-shift scheduling plan was 67.2 h, and the total construction time was shortened to 48.3 h by using the re-scheduling process method proposed in this paper, with an enhancement rate of about 28%, which achieved construction operation time reduction, efficient team organization and resource allocation.
