Electromagnetic Thrust Calculation of Metal Plate and Nearby Carrier Coil by the Vector Wave Field Method
A repulsive force is generated when the metal plate is close to the AC current-carrying coil, but the main reason why the repulsive force is generated and how to calculate the magnitude of the force is not very clear. This paper presents a scheme that combines theoretical derivation with practical engineering experience, which can explain why electromagnetic drive systems generate forces in space and calculate the thrust for both low and high frequency wave current carrying coils with adjacent metal plate. The derivation and solution of the formula use multiple iterative cycles and accumulation transformation elimination steps. Subsequently, the unknown parameters are successfully determined through experiments, and the solutions of the integrals under different conditions are obtained by combining Matlab programs. Finally, the feasibility of this method is verified in practice, and the complicated thrust calculation problem of AC electromagnetic drive coil is solved well.
