Research on the Impact of Dynamic Capability of Assembled Building Supply Chain on Its Competitiveness from the Perspective of Resilience
The dynamic capability theory was introduced into the management of prefabricated construction supply chain to enhance its competitiveness. The dynamic capability was divided into proactive and reactive dimensions to explore their impact mechanisms on supply chain competitiveness,while introducing supply chain resilience as a mediating variable. Structural equation modeling was used to analyze 276 valid sample data,and the results showed that both dimensions affected supply chain resilience positively,with which affected supply chain competitiveness positively. Supply chain resilience mediated between dynamic capability and supply chain competitiveness. The study clarified the driving factors of prefabricated construction supply chain competitiveness,offering relevant management recommendations.
