摘要

以安徽省桐城市为例,基于高德开放平台获取的POI、城市道路网,百度热力图、街景图片以及社交网络APP评价等多源数据,运用层次分析法构建第三空间评估体系,并通过网络服务区分析、交通可达性分析等可视化呈现,得到评估结果:六尺巷、桐城文庙等第三空间的空间品质良好;市府广场、文昌街道等第三空间品质一般;龙安广场、转角咖啡等第三空间品质较差.提出了对应的优化策略:增强社交、友好互动;提高可达、易于访问;保持舒适、提升品质;混合功能、多元用途.

Abstract

Taking Tongcheng City,Anhui Province as an example,using multi-source data,including POI from Amap,urban road network,Baidu heat map,street view pictures and social evaluation APPs,the third space evaluation system is constructed with the analytic hierarchy process method.The results are visualized on basis of the network service area analysis and traffic accessibility analysis.The results show that in terms of third space quality evaluation,Liuchi Lane and Tongcheng Confucian Temple reach good-grade,Shifu Square and Wenchang Street reach general-grade,while Longan Square and Corner Coffee reach poor-grade.The corresponding optimization strategies are put forward:enhancement of friendly interaction and location accessibility,as well as focus on comfortableness and mixed-function.
