Exploration on the Scientific Thinking Methods Embodied in the Forest Law of the People's Republic of China
The newly revised Forest Law of the People′s Republic of China embodies the full implementation of Xi Jinping ecological civilization thought, firmly grasps the regularities of forest resource conservation, cultivation, management and utilization. In this paper, a study was made on the content of the newly revised Forest Law, deeply exploring the scientific thinking methods embodied throughout the law and understanding from a new perspective the legal principles and institutional regulations regarding forest ownership , forest conservation, afforestation, classified forest management and forest resource utilization. Targeted and specific measures to study and im-plement the newly revised Forest Law were put forward.
