摘要

为提高豆科植物长柄山蚂蟥坚硬种壳种子的萌发率,采用热水处理、划破种皮、石英砂研磨和微波处理4种方法处理长柄山蚂蟥种子.结果表明,热水浸泡及划破种皮处理能显著提高其发芽率、发芽势、发芽指数,其中热水浸泡处理中70℃为最优.与其他处理相比,该处理操作更为省工省时、安全、简便易行,建议在实际生产中采用此方法.

Abstract

To increase the germination rate of Hylodesmum podocarpum hard-shell seeds, 4 methods including hot water soaking, scari-fication, grinding shells with quartz sand and microwave treatment are used for breaking the hard shells of the seeds. The results showed that hot water soaking and scarification could significantly increase the germination rate, germination potential and germination index, with optimal results achieved in the seeds soaking in 70 ℃ hot water. This treatment, which could save labor and time and is safe, simple and easy to do, is suggested to be used in practical production.
