Discussion on the Sample Plot Survey Techniques for Wetland Resources in Anhui Province
There have been 9 national forest resource inventory surveys altogether since 1970 with gradually mature survey and monitor-ing methods. Since 2022, the annual forest resource monitoring has had a full expansion to become an integrated monitoring of forest and grassland ecological resources with addition of wetland resource survey. In this paper, based on an introduction to the basic facts, sample plot distribution features and survey methods of wetland resources in Anhui Province, a discussion was made on the existing problems and improved methods from such aspects as survey organization, distribution of sample plots, sample plot survey and plot sampling, so as to summarize and improve the wetland sample plot survey methods and provide reference for the provincial wetland resource survey in fu-ture.
