近自然森林经营在国家储备林建设中的应用

摘要
国家储备林建设是党中央、国务院为解决生态安全与木材需求之间的矛盾,协调和维护生态安全与保障木材供应平衡作出的一项重大战略部署.本文在简要介绍近自然森林经营原则与措施的基础上,浅析了近自然森林经营原则与国家储备林建设目标的一致性,并充分阐述了国家储备林集约人工林栽培、现有林改培和中幼林抚育等体现近自然森林经营的措施,以期为国家储备林可持续经营实践提供参考.
Abstract
The national reserve forest construction is a major strategic deployment made by the Central Committee of the CPC and the State Council to resolve the contradictions between ecological security and timber demand,coordinate and maintain the balance be-tween ecological security and timber supply.In this paper,based on a brief introduction to the principles and measures of near-nature forest management,an analysis was made on the consistency between the principles of near-nature forest management and the goals of national reserve forest construction.A full elaboration was also made on the intensive cultivation of planted forests,improvement of ex-isting forests and tending of young and middle-aged forests in the national reserve forest embodying near-nature forest management,so as to provide reference for sustainable national reserve forest management practice.
