安徽界首两湾国家湿地公园浮游植物群落结构特征研究

为研究安徽界首两湾国家湿地公园浮游植物群落结构特征,以及环境因子对浮游植物群落结构的影响,在2023年5月、8月、10月,2024年1月进行4次采样调查.结果显示,该湿地公园有浮游植物8门60属101种,其中绿藻门最多,有54种;其次是硅藻门,有24种;再次是蓝藻门,有12种.主要的优势种有绿藻门小球藻、四尾栅藻、肥壮蹄形藻,蓝藻门小席藻、小形色球藻、细小平裂藻,硅藻门颗粒直链藻、尖针杆藻、梅尼小环藻,小环藻等.浮游植物群落表现出显著的季节性差异,在夏季大量繁殖,在温度较低的冬季丰度最低.RDA结果表明,温度、电导率、透明度、pH值、水深是影响浮游植物丰度的关键影响因子.Mantel分析表明,温度对4类主要浮游植物都有显著性的影响,是影响浮游植物的关键性因素.本研究旨在为未来安徽界首两湾国家湿地公园的保护和修复提供基础数据.
Study on the Phytoplankton Community Structural Features in Anhui Jieshou Liangwan National Wetland Park
In order to study the phytoplankton community structural features in Anhui Jieshou Liangwan National Wetland Park and their influencing environmental factors,4 sampling surveys were made in May,August and October 2023 and January 2024 respective-ly.The results showed there are a total of 101 identified phytoplankton species belonging to 60 genera in 8 phyla,in which Chlorophyta had the most identified species of 54,followed by Bacillariophyta with 24 species and Cyanophyta with 12 species.The main dominant species include Chlorella vulgaris,Scenedesmus quadricauda,Kirchneriella obesa of Chlorophyta,Phormidium tenue,Chroococcus mi-nor,Merismopedia minima,Melosira granulate of Bacillariophyta,Synedra acus,Cyclotella meneghiniana,Cyclotella spp.of Cyanophyta,etc.The phytoplankton community showed significant seasonal differences,most thriving and prolific in summer and least thriving in winter when the temperature was low.RDA results indicated that temperature,conductivity,turbidity,pH,and water depth were the key influencing factors on the phytoplankton abundance.Mantel analysis showed that temperature had significant effects on all the 4 major phytoplankton species and was the key factor affecting phytoplankton abundance.The study is to provide basic data for future conservation and restoration of the park.
