霍山石斛中11种农药多残留检测方法研究

本试验从提取溶剂、净化方法和上机条件三个方面入手,通过比对加标回收试验,筛选出将11种农药分离的最优上机条件,并摸索出一套测定霍山石斛中农药多残留的检测方法.结果表明,在0~0.50 mg/L浓度范围内,11种农药的峰面积与浓度呈良好的线性相关关系,相关系数均大于0.999,检出限为0.000 7~0.006 4 mg/kg,定量限为0.002 4~0.021 4 mg/kg;在0.005~0.050 mg/kg添加水平范围内,11种农药的平均添加回收率为83.9%~104.8%,相对标准偏差(RSD)为0.6%~3.7%.经实际验证,该方法处理步骤简便、快捷,分析速度快,分析结果能够满足化学分析方法验证的要求,适用于霍山石斛农药多残留检测.
Study on Detection Methods of 11 kinds of Pesticide Residues in Dendrobium huoshanense
In this experiment,based on 3 aspects of extraction solvent,purification method and loading condition,an optimal loading condition of seperating 11 kinds of pesticides by comparing the spiked recovery test was screened out,with a set of detection methods for the determination of pesticide residues in D.Huoshanensis was explored.The results showed that there was a good linear correlation between the peak area and the concentration of 11 pesticides in the concentration range of 0~0.50 mg/L,with the correlation coefficient was greater than 0.999,the detection limit was 0.000 7~0.006 4 mg/kg,and the quantitation limit was 0.002 4~0.021 4 mg/kg.In the range of 0.005~0.050 mg/kg addition level,the average recoveries of 11 pesticides were 83.9%~104.8%,and the relative standard devi-ations(RSD)were 0.6%~3.7%.It was proved that this method was simple,quick and had fast analysis speed,and the analytical results could meet the requirements of chemical analysis method verification,being suitable for the detection of pesticide residues in D.Huoshanensis.
