配方施肥对砂培盆栽杉木幼苗生长发育的影响

为探究杉木生长发育所需的最佳施肥配方,以杉木种子培育的幼苗为试验材料,利用"3414"N、P、K配方施肥技术,在全国杉木中心产区沙县开展砂培盆栽配方施肥试验.结果表明,在不同配方施肥处理后,杉木生长存在显著差异;相比未进行任何施肥处理的杉木,施肥后,杉木的苗高、地径、分枝数、地上部分生物量及地下部分生物量等生理指标均有所提高.其中N2P2K2 处理下平均苗高、地径和分枝数,相比N0P0K0 处理分别提高19.14%、25.49%和97.45%,地上部分和地下部分生物量相比N0P0K0处理分别提高36.62%和34.90%.通过主成分分析方法进行综合分析发现,配方施肥中最优方案为N2P2K2.本研究筛选出的杉木幼苗适宜的配方施肥方案,可为杉木人工林经营管理中的科学施肥提供参考.
Effects of Formula Fertilization on the Growth and Development of Potted Cunninghamia lanceolata Seedlings in Sand Culture
In order to explore the best fertilizer formula for the growth and development of Cunninghamia lanceolata,a sand culture pot fertilizer formula test was carried out in Shaxian County,the central production area of C.lanceolata in the country,using the seedlings cultivated by its seeds as the test materials and the"3414"N,P,K fertilizer formula technique.The results showed that there were sig-nificant differences in the growth of C.lanceolata under different fertilizer formulations.Compared with C.lanceolata without any fertil-ization treatment,the physiological indexes such as seedling height,ground diameter,branch number,aboveground biomass and subsur-face biomass of C.lanceolata after fertilization were increased.The average seedling height,ground diameter and branch number under N2P2K2 treatment increased by 19.14%,25.49%and 97.45%respectively compared with N0P0K0 treatment,and the aboveground and underground biomass increased by 36.62%and 34.90%respectively.Comprehensive analysis using principal component analysis method indicated that N2P2K2 was the best plan in formula fertilization.The suitable formula fertilization plan for C.lanceolata seed-lings selected in this study could provide reference for scientific fertilization in C.lanceolata plantation management.
