The Improved Methods of Paraffin Sections Production
We establish a fast method of the high quality paraffin slice production. Based on Structural character?istics for animal and plant material,in this paper,we completed a series of improvements as follows:dehydration, transparent,transparent wax,embedding,staining and sealing. As a result,we obtained a staining clear and com?plete organizational structure of plant leaves slice. The experimental results show that,compared to the traditional production methods,improved to reduce the slice production time,shortening the experimental period. At the same time,to improve the overall quality of the bulk preparation of paraffin specimens,to favor experimental teaching and histology,pathology,and other areas of research.
