Study on the Protoplast Preparation Conditions of Pleurotus eryngii
According to explore the different enzyme systems,enzyme concentration,enzymatic time,enzymatic temperature,and the optimum pH value,the osmotic pressure stabilizer concentration,and culture time,ob-tained preparation condition of Pleurotus eryngii. The best preparation condition:5d culture time,by using 0.6M/L mannitol prepared 2% lywallzyme,pH 5.5,30 ℃,50r/min,digesting for 2.5h,higher yield protoplasm can be obtained.
