Coprinus comatus is a kind of rare edible fungus with high health care value of nutrition,wide market prospects. Cultivation of Coprinus comatus should suit one's measures to local conditions,combined with local conditions,in this experiment,the new cultivation technology of Coprinus comatus was studied mainly from the several aspects,variety selection,prescription of raw materials,cultivation mode. The re-sults show that:the strains of Coprinus comatus Tebai-33 and Tebai-39 have high yield,good quality,suit-able for cultivation and promotion in Anqing. On the prescriptions of culture material,using part of straw instead of cotton seed hull for the Coprinus comatus cultivation can make full use of local rich straw re-sources,lower production costs and at the same time raise economic benefits. In the cultivation mode,the plastic frame planting mode is better than the outdoor plastic bags planting mode,is the future develop-ment direction of Coprinus comatus cultivation.
