Study on Rooting Technology of Chinese Fir from Different Clones
In this thesis,3 clones(“Yang6421#”、“Yang 062#”and“Yang 243#”) of Chinese fir from the Fujian Yangkou State-owned Forest Farm were used to the rooting technology research. We found that the best nutrient medium to the rooting of“Yang6421#”、“Yang 062#”and“Yang 243#”was 1/4MS+IBA (0.3mg/L)+NAA(0.2mg/L)+sucrose(2%),the rooting rate can reach 91% after 30 days inoculated. IBA (0.3mg/L)was best to promote the cottage rooting rate,after 45 days the cottage rooting rate can reach 89%.
