Promoting Effect of Biofertilizer Product Bio-Green on Vegetable Crops
Biofertilizer plays an important role in improving soil quality. In this study,pot and field experiments were carried out to explore the promoting effect on the application of biofertilizer Bio-Green in cucumber,pepper,wucai, radish and watermelons' growth combing with the conventional fertilization. The results showed that the application of biological fertilizer significantly improved the cucumber plant height,dry weight and root growth in the pot experi?ment. Under the condition of facilities and field cultivation,the outcomes showed that by using biological fertilizer Bio-Green approximately 3kg/666.7m2 significantly increased the yield of pepper,wucai,radish and watermelon up to 11.09%,34.94%,38.75%and 25.4%,respectively when compared with the control treatments. The application of bio fertilizer improved the three kinds of vegetable crops' soluble and solid contents as well as the commodity vegeta?ble rates,and increased the center sugar of watermelon,and enhanced resistance to powdery mildew in watermelon as well. This study suggested that the application of Bio-Green bio fertilizer could promote the growth of cucumber , and significantly improve the pepper,wucai,radish and watermelons' yield and quality.
