Bioinformatics analysis of coumaric acid-3-hydroxylase gene LjC3H2 in Lonicera japonica
Coumaric acid 3-hydroxylase is widely present in various plants and belongs to the CYP45098A subfamily of the cytochrome P450 family. This enzyme can catalyze the hydroxylation reaction at the C3 position of the benzene ring in plant phenylpropanoid metabolism and is one of the key enzymes in the biosynthesis of chlorogenic acid. This article takes Lonicera japonica coumaric acid 3-hydroxylase gene LjC3H2 as the object, and uses bioinformatics methods to analyze the enzyme.the results showed that LjC3H2 has no signal peptide,no transmembrane domain, was hydrophilic, and is located on the endoplasmic reticulum.Secondary structure with α Mainly spiral, with more irregular curls.Comparing this enzyme with other plant homologous enzyme proteins and conducting phylogenetic analysis,it was found that LjC3H2 was closely related to the C3H of thistle and platycodon grandiflorum,it was far-related to LjC3H,which also belongs to Lonicera japonica. The tertiary structure of this enzyme is similar to that of cytochrome P450.
