Comparative analysis of leaf spectral characteristics of Populus euphratica and Populus pruinosa
The Populus euphratica and Populus pruinosa in Tarim River Basin were selected as the research object, through field spectral tests and laboratory analysis data, the spectral characteristics of the leaves of Populus euphratica and Populus pruinosa were revealed, and the correlation between them was also investigated. The results showed that the spectral reflectance trend of Populus euphratica and Populus pruinosa were similar, but the difference was obvious. The spectral similarity of Populus euphratica and Populus pruinosa was not high by calculating the spectral similarity correlation values of two reflection spectral curves of Populus euphratica and Populus pruinosa. The two absorption valleys of the envelope removal spectra of Populus euphratica and Populus pruinosa showed the same trend, but the difference significance test proved that the difference in absorption slope was very significant.By comparing the spectral position characteristics of Populus euphratica and Populus pruinosa, the absorption characteristic parameters of different Populus euphratica varieties were selected and judged, and the correlation between spectrum and pigment was reflected by screening the sensitive bands, reflecting the intensity of the change of pigment absorption spectrum and the difference of pigment content. In conclusion, this study provided technical support for monitoring the health status of Populus euphratica and Populus pruinosa by remote sensing technology, and further provided theoretical basis for the restoration of arid desert ecosystem and vegetation reconstruction.
