Analysis of bacterial community dynamics in chicken manure composting based on high throughput sequencing
To improve the efficiency and product quality of chicken manure composting through the application of related functional microorganisms, chicken manure and bacterial residue were used for aerobic composting for 35 d,and the dynamic community structure of bacteria in the process of 16S rRNA gene was analyzed. The results showed that Firmicutes,Bacteroidetes and Haloanaerobes were the main types in the composting of chicken manure. The relative abundance of Firmicutes was dominant in all stages of chicken manure composting, and the relative abundance of firmicutes was the highest in the maturing stage, the relative abundance of Bacteroidetes was the lowest in the maturing stage, and the relative abundance of anaerobes salinae was the highest in the cooling stage. On the level of bacteria classification, the main bacteria in chicken manure compost were Clostridium,Bacillus and Bacteroidetes.α-diversity correlation analysis showed that the bacterial community richness and community diversity were the highest in the high temperature compost. The bacterial community structure changed significantly during the composting of chicken manure.
