苦水玫瑰净油的制备及其在卷烟中的应用

为使苦水玫瑰浸膏更好地应用于卷烟加香中,本研究通过超临界CO2萃取技术对苦水玫瑰浸膏进行提取,以获得玫瑰净油.采用正交试验优化苦水玫瑰净油的提取条件,采用气相色谱质谱联用(GC/MS)方法分析苦水玫瑰净油产品,并进行卷烟加香评价.结果表明,(1)超临界CO2萃取苦水玫瑰净油试验中,萃取压力30 MPa,萃取温度50℃,萃取时间2.5 h时,苦水玫瑰净油得率最高可达5.63%.(2)从苦水玫瑰净油中共检测出55种香气成分,主要包括醇类19种,酯类7种,萜烯类7种,醛类7种,脂肪烷烃类7种,主要致香成分为芳樟醇、橙花醇、香叶醇、乙酸苯乙酯和甲基丁香酚等.(3)卷烟加香评价结果表明,苦水玫瑰净油可以有效改善卷烟香气品质.(4)通过相关卷烟加香试验得出,该苦水玫瑰净油在此卷烟中的适宜加香比为0.0005%~0.0150%.
Preparation of Kushui Rose pure oil and its application in cigarette
In order to investigate the application of Kushui Rose extract in cigarette flavoring,supercritical CO2 extraction technology was used to extract Kushui Rose absolute from rose extract,with orthogonal experiments in optimizing the extraction conditions of Kushui Rose absolute.The samples of rose absolute were analyzed by chromatography-mass spectrometry(GC/MS),with the sensory evaluation results followed.The results showed that,(1)The optimized experimental conditions in supercritical CO2 extraction of Kushui Rose absolute were extraction pressure 30 MPa,temperature 50℃,time 2.5 h.with the highest yield of 5.63%.(2)A total of 55 aroma components were detected in the oil sample,including 19 alcohols,7 esters,7 terpenes,and 7 aldehydes,7 aliphatic hydrocarbon,and the main aroma components included linalool,nerol,geraniol,phenylethyl acetate,methyl eugenol,etc.(3)The sensory evaluation results suggested that Kushui Rose absolute could effectively improve the aroma and quality of cigarettes.(4)The appropriate fragrance ratio for the rose absolute in this cigarette is 0.000 5%-0.015 0%through relevant cigarette flavoring tests.
